Now I'm an Operations Lead at Affemity, continuing to move forward together with the team

I started my career at Quarks as a User Acquisition Manager — today I lead the Growth Marketing direction. I value the opportunity to build strong teams, scale ideas, and see experiments turn into real results

My path began as a part-time Creative Designer, but within 2 months I knew I wanted to leave all other projects and grow with Quarks. As a designer, I actively built processes, worked with analytics, and optimized production — and after my second anniversary at the company, I was offered the role of Creative Team Lead. I value drive and the trust of others, and love when everything is on fire

I joined the company in 2021 as a Product Analyst, grew into a Product Manager two years later, and now I'm helping build Affemity. What I value most is the team's openness, the drive for growth, and the opportunity to see the real impact of my work
